可以说今年的十一长假，对于我来说是一个特别的假期，也是一个意义非同寻常的假期，这一次妈妈没有带我去旅游，而是在十月二日这一天，我们共同踏上了去长春的火车，妈妈带我去参加一个由吉林省家庭促进会举办的“浸润传统文化，你我共同成长”亲子历练营活动，一路上，我对这次活动充满了期待和猜测，一个半小时的路程后我们乘了轻轨，最终我们来到了历练营的活动场所好汉坡度假村。

第一件事就是分营房，这是我第一次和妈妈分开，自己照顾自己，虽然有些害怕和担心，但心里还是有一点点小小的窃喜，心想终于脱离了妈妈的魔爪了。虽然环境看起来很好，但是实际上这个时候没有取暖，屋子里的冷无法形容，尤其到了晚上睡觉的时候，整个人都蜷缩在了被窝里，四面透着风，第一次感受到这种环境，想起妈妈平时无微不至的关心和照顾。心生一丝歉意，平时生活在那么好的环境中还不知道珍惜。

到了吃晚饭的时候，餐桌上没有了平时的大鱼大肉，只有两道菜分别是白菜豆腐汤和茄子土豆，这也让我第一次体会到了环境的变化带给我心里的思考，我应该更加珍惜爸爸妈妈们给我创造的幸福生活。

到了晚上我们上了一堂传统文化课，老师带着我们研读了《弟子规》和一些传统礼仪，边游戏边学习，活动在活跃的氛围中进行到了八点半，但我全然不知道累，反而更加喜欢这种氛围，全身心的投入到了传统文化的学习之中……

第二天，随着一声号响，该起床了，我睁开眼睛一看才五点，我还是第一次起这么早，起来跑步和做操，锻炼之后感觉真的神清气爽，这也是我在家从来没有体验过的，美好的清晨都是在睡懒觉中浪费掉了。

白天一整天的课程都是老师在讲，讲孝道、讲礼仪、讲亲子、课程非常精彩，我非常喜欢他们那富有哲理的语言，对比生活中的我真是该改掉的毛病太多太多。自己在对待父母、对待学习等等方面做的都太不合格。给我最大的触动就是我应该珍惜现在的好生活，感恩父母和老师对我的养育和教导，努力使自己成为对祖国、对社会有用的人才。

如今我们中国，在经济飞速发展带来的繁荣背后，然而在奔跑着追赶西方的路上，我们也时常察觉和叹息：一些原本属于我们的珍贵的东西，不知什么时候被弄丢了，甚至已不能清楚的描绘它的本来面貌，这种东西就叫做传统文化。

为了我国的发展，传统的精华不能丢，优秀的文化不能丢，优良的传统更应继承。

中华传统文化，源远流长，从古至今，从现代追溯五千年的历史。传统文化顾名思义，就是从古代一直流传至今的文化，这些文化都是古人，我们的失人，从他们身上演变而来的。比如，屈原是清明节的代表，屈原如果穿越到现在，绝对会是一位伟大烈士，供在中国最大的烈士陵园。
